Responsibilities:
• Work in tandem with property management teams to maintain company standards
• Ability to underwrite new acquisitions, and assist with the acquisitions process
• Asset Management (85%): Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of industrial properties. This includes underwriting, modeling, and implementing business plans.
• Acquisitions (15%): Support acquisition activities and gain exposure to the acquisition process. This role will eventually transition into a 50/50 split
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong financial modeling experience and experience creating business plans following through to completion
• Attention to detail and a passion for learning
• Strong experience with Argus, financial modeling, and underwriting
